This website is operated by SIMFX Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12666655). It is an information site for Airbrain LMS and is built to collect as little as possible.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. The site is served as static pages with no analytics, no tracking and no advertising, and it sets no cookies.
If you contact us
When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, organisation, an optional indication of learner numbers and what you are interested in, and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone else. We keep an enquiry for up to twelve months after our last contact about it and then delete it, unless it becomes part of a client relationship.
The LMS itself
Each Airbrain LMS instance is operated for a single client and holds learner records for that client's training. The privacy notice covering an instance is published on the instance itself and is controlled by the client organisation.
Your rights
UK data protection law gives you rights over the personal data we hold about you, including access, correction, erasure, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us to exercise them.
How to complain
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first through our contact form, marking your message for data protection. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay. This follows the complaints process set out in the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, by phone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. The ICO may ask you to raise your complaint with us first.
