Runs standard SCORM 1.2 packages, so courses from most authoring tools drop straight in. Every instance comes with a demo course already loaded.
Learning paths
Group courses into an ordered bundle. Learners join the whole path with one code and see their progress across it.
Update content safely
Upload a new package version and learners, codes and history carry over. Every completion records the version it was achieved on.
Branded as yours
Your name, logo and brand colour are set per instance and appear on the certificates. Learners see your organisation throughout.
Development logs
An optional module. Learners keep a private, prompted log of how they are developing against a competency framework. Only the learner and their named trainer can read it, and printable records come out for reviews.
Screen-break wellbeing
The player suggests a rest after a while on screen and runs a guided 20-second break, following HSE advice. The course resumes where it was.

Certificates you can verify
Every completion earns a branded PDF certificate with a unique serial, stored on the record and in the audit trail. A certificate someone presents can be checked against the system.
Deadlines and renewals
Deadlines set on a code apply to everyone who joins with it. Certifications can expire on your schedule, and renewals keep the old certificate verifiable.
Reports built for the job
Pick the report you need: outstanding training, overdue, completed, not passed, or renewals due. Each exports exactly what you see as a CSV or PDF, and the full register exports as a five-part compliance pack. More under Evidence.
Manage learners
Enrolment you control
Codes can be open or restricted to named emails, with expiry dates and redemption limits. Refused attempts are logged too.
Cohorts and managers
Groups attach to enrolment codes, so people land in the right cohort. Managers see read-only progress over their own people only.
Provision from a spreadsheet
Upload your HR export as it is. The LMS picks the email addresses out of any column.
Email built in
Sign-in links, completion emails with the certificate attached, and enrolment invites, sent as your organisation.
Records you can verify.
Every enrolment, refusal, completion and admin action lands in an append-only, hash-chained log. Editing or deleting history is detectable, and the whole chain can be verified from the admin area.
A course only shows complete when everything is done, including any policy acknowledgement and the knowledge check. Reports state their scope, split regulated courses from the rest, and export as CSV or as the compliance pack.
For your most regulated courses, the certificate is only issued after the learner re-confirms their email at completion.
The learner record holds a verified email address and an optional name, nothing else. Right-to-erasure handling and automatic retention enforcement are built in, and completion evidence for regulated courses is kept for audit under the regulated-records exemption.
Overdue learners and expired certifications are flagged on the dashboard and in every report, filter, CSV and compliance pack, and clear on completion or renewal.
