The LMS plays standard SCORM 1.2 courses from most authoring tools. A demo course is loaded so that you can test your own.

Upload a new version of a course and nothing is lost. Each completion records which version was taken.
Branded as yours
Your name, logo and colours appear on every page and every certificate.
Development logs
This optional module lets learners keep a private log of how they are developing. Only the learner and their named trainer can read it, and it can be printed for reviews.
Screen breaks
After a long spell on screen, the player offers a guided 20-second break, in line with HSE advice. The course carries on where it was.

Certificates you can verify
Every completion gets a PDF certificate with its own serial number. If someone shows you one, you can check it is real.
Deadlines and renewals
Set a deadline on a code and it applies to everyone who joins with it. Training can expire on your schedule, and old certificates stay checkable.
Reports built for the job
Pick the report you need, such as who still has training to do or what expires soon. Export it as a CSV or PDF, or export the full register as a compliance pack. More under Evidence.

Enrolment you control
Codes can be open to anyone or limited to named emails. They can expire, and refused attempts are logged.
Groups and managers
Learners are placed in the right group automatically. Managers see progress for their own people, and only theirs.
Add learners from a spreadsheet
Upload your HR export as it is and the LMS finds the email addresses in any column.
Email built in
Sign-in links, invites and completion emails with the certificate attached, all sent in your name.
Records you can verify.
Every sign-in, enrolment, completion and admin change is recorded. No one can quietly edit or delete the history, and you can check the whole log at any time.
A course only shows complete when everything is done, including any policy sign-off and the end-of-course check. Reports say exactly what they cover.
For your most regulated courses, the learner confirms their email again at the end, before the certificate is issued.
The learner record holds only a verified email address and an optional name. Deletion requests and retention limits are handled in the product, and regulated completion evidence is kept for audit as the law allows.
Overdue and expired training is flagged in red throughout, and clears when the course is completed or renewed.
