Signed up 30/06/2026. To correct your email address, contact your training administrator: it is your sign-in identity, so it has to be re-verified after a change.
How your data is used
- Your verified email address is the only detail we require. It identifies you when you sign in and links your training records to you.
- Your name is optional. It is printed on certificates and progress reports; leave it blank and your email is used instead. You can change it here at any time.
- Your enrolments, progress and completion evidence are processed to deliver your training and to evidence it to your organisation (performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of your organisation in meeting its training obligations).
- Development log entries are private to you and your designated trainer(s), who are named on the log page.
- Records are kept only as long as they are needed, then removed automatically. You can ask your training administrator to correct or erase your data at any time.
